FY2025 Annual Budget

The Board of Directors met on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024 to hold a FY2025 Annual Budget Work Session. During this session the Board reviewed the Bond requirements set in place for asset replacement and depreciation, as well as the previous 12 months of operation and maintenance expenses. With the increasing prices of O&M costs, as well as the issues that have been increasing from old infrasture, the District has no alternative than to raise the water and wastewater rates. This proposed increase is above the annual 5% allowed without holding a public hearing. The Board of Directors will present the proposed new rate structure during a Public Hearing at the beginning of the November 19th, 2024 Board Meeting held at the District Office, 1047 Grant Drive, Great Falls, MT starting at 6:30 PM.
